A new UI proposal for LibreOffice called “Citrus” has surfaced which aims to do some pretty interesting things with the design of the office suite.

Citrus UI is a collection of ideas for how LibreOffice could be changed in order to be simpler and easier to work with. In order to make adoption of these ideas as easy as possible, I’ve split up the proposal into several projects that could be worked on separately and made a possible roadmap for evolving the suite bit by bit. The suggestions here are just a subset of the various suggestions that came up over time.
