Novell’s stockholders have agreed to the proposed merger with Attachmate Corporation.
Today, Novell held a special meeting of stockholders to vote on our agreement and plan of merger with Attachmate Corporation. The majority of the shares of stock voted in favor of the adoption of the merger agreement.
